Health Coaching
I received my Health Coaching diploma through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. An international program for wellness and holistic living. Here we go on a journey of lifestyle shift and personal growth to achieve your goals. This involves an hour session every 2 weeks, meeting twice a month. For you to embark on this journey it is important that you have the want and willingness to change an embrace the process. This requires dedication and integrating what we discuss in sessions. We cannot diagnose or prescribe anything but we can suggest and facilitate you on your path to wellness. Although I offer once off sessions, this process is best achieved within a 6 month program, which can be renewed every 3-6 months if desired.

An experience to reawaken to God’s voice as we go to the natural world of the Drakensberg or Cape Coast twice a year to restore and refocus our energy. These 4 day retreats are offered, booking dependent, where yoga, vegetarian meals, mediation, energy work, letting go rituals and other conscious practises are offered.
