How it all started

From a young age, I was attuned to the unseen. I felt everything deeply—emotions, energy, the subtle whispers of nature. I would often find myself speaking to crystals, getting lost in their quiet wisdom, or wandering outdoors feeling a profound connection to the natural world. While others may have seen these things as unusual, for me, they were home.

Growing up, I was introduced to kinesiology and BodyTalk, and later to Life Alignment. These experiences deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and helped me make sense of the sensitivity and inner knowing I carried. Yet, even with this awareness, I often felt out of place—haunted by a deep longing for more.

That longing eventually became a guiding light. Through personal challenges with relationships, self-worth, and health, I was called to fully immerse myself in energy work and spirituality—not just as a practice, but as a way of life. I began to harness the gifts that once overwhelmed me, and in doing so, I started to truly heal.

Today, as a spiritual coach and energy worker, I hold space for others to remember who they are on a soul level. I help clients access their own multidimensional wisdom, guiding them through transformation, alignment, and embodiment. My work is heart-led, intuitive, and grounded in the belief that spirit and everyday life are never separate.
